Website content is educational
The information on this website is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal advice, tax advice, regulatory advice, underwriting approval, a coverage determination, or a guarantee of claim payment. Insurance coverage is determined by the policy actually issued, including its declarations, forms, endorsements, exclusions, conditions, underwriting requirements, carrier decisions, claim facts, and applicable law. For an actual description of coverage, terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions, review the applicable insurance policy and speak with a licensed insurance professional.
No coverage is bound or changed by using the website
Quote requests and applications
Submitting information for a quote does not guarantee that coverage is available, that a carrier will offer terms, that pricing will match an example shown on the website, that the lowest price will be the best option, that a submitted application will be approved, or that coverage will be bound by a requested date.
Insurance quotes depend on underwriting, carrier eligibility, state availability, property details, business operations, claims history, loss history, credit or insurance score where allowed, driver information, payroll, sales, coverage limits, deductibles, forms, endorsements, and other risk factors. Any quote is subject to carrier review, underwriting approval, payment requirements, signed applications, required documents, inspections, and other conditions.
Service requests and policy changes
Service requests help us understand what you need and route the request to the right place. A service request does not change coverage by itself. Examples include adding or removing a vehicle, changing an address, adding a location, requesting a certificate, adding an additional insured, requesting waiver of subrogation, changing limits, adding or removing drivers, changing billing, requesting cancellation, or reporting a possible claim.
No change is effective until confirmed in writing by the insurance company or Vantage Point Risk. If a request is urgent, call or text us directly at (541) 681-8793. Day-to-day requests run through our service center.
Claims and claim guidance
Vantage Point Risk can help clients understand the claim reporting process, gather information, review policy language, and communicate with the insurance company where appropriate. Claim coverage decisions are made by the insurance company, not by this website. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise that a claim will be covered, paid, denied, defended, settled, or handled in a particular way. If there is an emergency, active danger, injury, unsafe condition, lawsuit, demand letter, legal notice, or urgent claim situation, take immediate appropriate action and contact the carrier or our office as soon as possible.
Client portals and third-party tools
Some services may be provided through third-party platforms, including carrier websites, client portals, payment systems, quote tools, secure upload tools, scheduling tools, electronic signature platforms, review platforms, maps, analytics tools, and communication systems. Those platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, accessibility limitations, and user requirements. Vantage Point Risk is not responsible for every third-party website, tool, outage, delay, error, content item, payment processing issue, or accessibility limitation. If a third-party tool creates a problem, contact us and we will work to find a reasonable alternative when possible.
Vantage PolicyVault
Vantage PolicyVault may allow clients to access policy documents, certificates, policy details, verification links, policy snapshots, auto ID cards, and related information when available. Information in a portal is intended to support service and documentation. It does not replace the actual policy issued by the insurance company. If there is any conflict between a portal summary and the issued policy, the issued policy controls. Do not share your portal password with anyone, including Vantage Point Risk team members. Use the portal's password reset process if you have trouble signing in.
Payments
Insurance premiums are usually paid to the insurance company, premium finance company, or approved payment provider. When payment information is needed, use the secure payment method or protected form our team provides. Do not send full credit card numbers, bank account information, or payment credentials through ordinary email or text. Submitting payment information does not by itself bind, renew, reinstate, or change coverage; coverage and payment status must be confirmed by the insurance company or Vantage Point Risk. If a payment request seems unusual, verify it using the phone number or contact information published on our official website.
User responsibilities
When using this website or submitting information to Vantage Point Risk, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to:
- submit false or fraudulent information;
- impersonate another person or business;
- interfere with the website or its security;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, portals, accounts, or data;

Insurance companies rely on accurate information. Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information can affect eligibility, pricing, policy issuance, cancellation, claim handling, or coverage.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, page structure, graphics, branding, downloads, educational resources, tools, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Vantage Point Risk unless otherwise stated. You may use website content for personal, educational, or internal business decision-making purposes. You may link to public pages on the website as long as the link is not misleading and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.
Reviews, testimonials, and examples
Reviews, testimonials, case studies, quote examples, and claim examples are provided for educational or informational purposes. They do not guarantee that another client will receive the same result. Insurance outcomes depend on the specific facts, policy terms, carrier, underwriting, market conditions, timing, and claim circumstances. When client examples are used, identifying details may be removed or changed for privacy unless the client has authorized disclosure.
AI, automation, and digital tools
Vantage Point Risk may use technology, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to support research, document comparison, workflows, reminders, routing, drafting, communication, and internal organization. AI and automation do not replace licensed insurance judgment. Coverage recommendations, binding instructions, policy changes, renewal decisions, and claim-sensitive guidance require appropriate human review. Privacy and security
Use secure forms, approved upload methods, or Vantage PolicyVault when sending sensitive information. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment details, passwords, or highly sensitive information through ordinary email or text unless our team directs you to an approved secure method. Read more: Security & Privacy and Privacy Policy.
Accessibility
Vantage Point Risk wants its website and insurance information to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. If you have trouble accessing content, using a form, reading a page, or completing a website task, contact us and we will work to provide the information or service another way when reasonably possible. No warranty

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vantage Point Risk is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, online tools, third-party links, educational content, or digital communications, except where liability cannot legally be limited. This limitation does not reduce any rights or obligations that may exist under an insurance policy, written agency agreement, or applicable law.
