Which path?

PolicyVault or a service request?

PolicyVault is fastest for standard documents and access. Use a service request when something needs review, special wording, a change, carrier approval, or guidance.

What are you trying to do today?

Answer a few quick questions and we will route your request. If it can be handled in PolicyVault, we will point you there first.

A few service reminders

What to expect.

Some requests are handled quickly. Others require carrier approval, signed forms, underwriting review, payment, or documentation. Submitting a request does not automatically change, add, cancel, or bind coverage, approve special certificate wording, or confirm claim coverage. We will tell you what is needed and confirm when it is done.

After hours, or need to reach a carrier directly? Use the Carrier Directory for claims and billing contacts.

Frequently asked

Service Center questions.

Can I create my own certificate?
In many cases, yes. Vantage PolicyVault lets clients request certificates when available for their account. If the certificate needs special wording, contract review, or carrier approval, submit a service request.
Can I view policy documents and ID cards online?
Yes, when available for your policy. PolicyVault gives you access to policy documents, policy details, policy snapshots, and auto ID cards where applicable.
Does submitting a policy change request automatically change my coverage?
No. Coverage changes are not effective until confirmed by the carrier or our office. We will review the request and tell you what is needed.
Can you tell me whether a claim is covered?
We can help you understand the process and review policy language, but claim coverage decisions are made by the insurance carrier. Our role is to guide you through reporting and next steps.
What should I do if I receive a cancellation notice?
Submit a billing or cancellation support request as soon as possible and include the notice. Waiting can reduce your options.
Should I send contracts to you before I sign them?
Yes. If a contract includes insurance requirements, send it to us before signing when possible. Some requirements may not be included automatically in your current policy.
