What they offer

Monoline property. Standalone property coverage for small commercial buildings on an all-risk special form, with equipment breakdown and flood and earthquake options.

Property and general liability. A packaged property and premises liability program for select classes. General liability is written only as part of a package, not on a standalone basis.

Often not a fit

Total insured value over $10 million, Tier 1 oceanfront property, buildings in active or planned structural renovation, heavy loss history, and higher-hazard industrial or manufacturing such as recycling, woodworking, food processing, chemical, and plastics. For the general liability package specifically, Florida and the five boroughs of New York, and classes such as contractors, habitational, healthcare, and hospitality. Eligibility always depends on the full risk, and we confirm fit before we quote.
