The Producer Success Assessment is one part of the hiring process. It is not a validated psychometric test and does not make an employment decision. A person reviews the available information and makes every decision about whether a candidate advances.
Who may access or receive the information
Applicant information may be accessed by Vantage Point Risk personnel involved in hiring and by service providers that support the application, document storage, assessment, email, security or hosting systems.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or investigate a security or legal matter.
We do not sell applicant information or use it to add candidates to marketing lists.
How we protect applicant information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect applicant information. Résumés, cover letters, assessment responses and internal hiring records are stored in restricted systems and are not intended to be publicly accessible.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Applicants should avoid submitting information that the application does not request.
How long we keep applicant information
For candidates who are not hired or who withdraw, we generally retain application and hiring records for two years after the latest of:
- The final hiring disposition
- The position being filled or closed
- The candidate's last hiring activity
If a candidate is hired, relevant application and hiring records may become part of the employee's personnel records and follow the applicable employee-record retention schedule.
We may retain records longer when required for a legal hold, claim, investigation, audit or other legal obligation. When the applicable retention period ends, records are deleted from active systems and backup copies age out according to the applicable backup cycle.
Access, correction or deletion questions
You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of applicant information. We will review the request and respond consistent with applicable law, recordkeeping obligations and any need to preserve records relating to a claim or investigation.

We may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing an applicant record.
